Re-planning
Flights shift, the day absorbs it
A late inbound compresses the transfer, the check-in time and the first activity. From this desk we can re-sequence the same evening rather than cancel it, and tell you before your guest has landed.
Kerala B2B is a destination management company, established 2023, at St. Antony’s Road, Chengamanad — nine minutes from Cochin International Airport. We sit inside an operator’s supply chain rather than in front of it: you keep the customer, we run the destination under your label, and nothing here is sold to the traveller directly.
An airport address is not a prestige claim; it is a timetable decision. Cochin International Airport handles most of the international traffic into Kerala, and almost every itinerary we run begins or ends there. At nine minutes from the runway, a delay is an inconvenience rather than an incident — the vehicle is already moving, or already turning back.

Reception
Early arrival or a long wait between legs means a day room. Ours is receptioned on the primary operator’s brand, so anyone waiting there is in your office, not in ours.
Coverage
Ground problems happen at 03:00 as often as at 15:00. Living minutes from the arrival hall means the night duty officer can put eyes on a situation rather than manage it by telephone.

Kerala B2B works B2B only. Every programme is priced and delivered for an operator or travel agent selling Kerala to their own clients, and the traveller never contracts with us. There is no consumer booking line, no direct retail offer and no rate card built to undercut the operator who introduced the guest.
That is a deliberate constraint rather than a marketing position. The moment a DMC starts competing for the same traveller directly, the operator sending volume has no reason to keep the DMC’s name off their own brochure. So we do not compete with them. Our vehicles carry no competing operator’s contact details; our collateral carries yours; and the invoice goes to the company that sold the trip.
The company is led by Abdul Nazir MM, President of the Tour Operators Association of India and Managing Partner, Global DMC — the wider group described below.
Where we sit
The operator holds the customer, the brand and the sale. We hold the vehicles, the rooms, the guides, the timings and the contingency plan. The layer between the brochure and the tarmac is what we sell — and it is sold only to operators.
What that costs you
No commission on your own retail margin, no booking fee to the traveller, no incentive to route around you. If your client asks for something directly, the answer is to call us — the relationship stays yours.
Kerala’s backwaters, plantation walks and temple towns are not scenery; they are working places, and the pressure on them is real. We take the position that the ground we hand to a guest should be in the condition we would want to bring our own family to: destinations chosen with local operators who pay their own staff and keep their own sites maintained, houseboat and canal itineraries built around villages that benefit from the traffic rather than absorbing it, and no visit that exists only because a photograph would look good.
It is a constraint we apply to our own choices, not a claim about everyone else in the state. Where a practice would preserve Kerala’s natural beauty or cultural heritage, we take it. Where it would trade one for the other, we do not take the guest. This occasionally costs a booking, and we would rather explain that than keep quiet about it.
Kerala B2B is a member of the Global DMC family — a destination management organisation covering multiple Indian regions — and Kerala DMC is the regional unit through which Kerala business and leisure movement is handled. Three affiliated regional units sit inside the same family, which is what allows an operator selling India as one destination to hand over the whole itinerary and receive one set of ground handling across regions.
